These free tools can run lineups based on projections and the site constraints.  You can also upload your own projections or use projections you get from other sites.  These have all the same features as the full version except you can only run lineups 2 times a day and it will only give you 4 lineups on each run.
With the full version you can use it an unlimited time, run up to 150 lineups and have access to the exposure tool for NBA and NFL.  Here you can pick what percentage of each player you want in your lineups.  And we have it for all the sports!
