FAQ’s

  • Will this work on Google Sheets?  No, it will only work in Windows Excel.  The macros were built for only Windows.
  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?  Yes you can cancel whenever you want.  Then if you decide to come back in a few weeks or months later, you can sign back up.  However it may be at a higher price then.
  • I just signed up and don’t have a password.  What do I do?  I will send you the password within 12 hours normally.  However you can use the one that is in the spreadsheet or the one from the welcome email until you get your permanent one.
  • Do I need to download the spreadsheet daily?  No.  The one file is all you need.  There are buttons on the spreadsheet to pull in the current day’s stats.
  • What if I get an error message saying my Macros are disabled? Go to File then Options then Trust center and then Trust center settings. And then macro settings. It should be disable macros with notification. If that doesn’t work try rebooting.  You can also try saving the files to your computer and try different ways to access them.  That is, instead of clicking on the file to open it, maybe go to Excel and go to File and then Open.  Excel can be fussy sometimes.
  • What if I find errors with the data?  Email me at Excelbyjoe@gmail.com and I will resolve.
  • How do I use each spreadsheet?  If you go to the sales page, www.OptimizeLineups.com/sim you will see the videos in there that teach you how to use it.
  • What if I have some improvements Id like to see in these tools?  Email me and I will put it on the wish list if it is possible to do.
